I am relatively new to watercoloring, but I just love it! My watercolor greeting cards and my Oregon greeting card are my latest creations with this medium. Making these pretty cards, as I experiment with colors and techniques, has been helping me feel better during these difficult times. Hopefully, they will bring some love and light into your life also!

As a former wildlife biologist, I have worked with Roosevelt elk and Canada geese. So I had to include them in some way on this card, along with the moon and heart which have special meaning for me. The steelhead, trillium flower and Mount Jefferson (from the east) represent a few of my favorite things about Oregon. Lastly, you can’t have an Oregon card without fir trees and water!
