Description
I love growing and drying my own flowers!
Most of them I grow from seed, and I’m never quite sure what I’m gonna get. So it is always fun to see what pops up. I dry my flowers in a traditional way: hanging them upside down in a warm and dry place out of the sun. Heat and good circulation (air flow) help flowers dry faster, and the faster they dry, the more brilliant the colors end up. The sun will fade the colors of dried flowers, so always keep them out of direct sunlight. Remember, though, not all flowers dry well. Read this article to learn about flowers that do dry well.
